Well ... Apple certainly got the wrong trial judge ! Still where in the civilized world does a judge make a declaration based on his opinion of the 'coolness' of a product. I thought the US judicial process was broken but this is pathetic. I'd force this judge to pay for ads noting that his personal opinions don't belong in the ruling.

The judgement is fair IMO, Apple shouldn't be allowed to sully Samsung's name with pretentious patent claims.
They should correct the damage they have done.
I prefer this article.
