This is what it says (terminal output) in the fallback mode/ (or in normal Gnome 3) in fc 17, 32bit desktop machine

[akupedia@akash ~]$ google-chrome
/usr/bin/google-chrome: error while loading shared libraries: libXrender.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[akupedia@akash ~]$

The repo is installed under /etc/yum.repos.d

is correct still the I can't load chrome

I've tried uninstalling it and then again installing it thro' the terminal/GUI still no success, chrome is my fav browser and it must run on fedora.....that is my wish...........

Help appreciated on this please.............

This was already answered once in this thread: http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?p=1591367.

But my question is, why are you asking a question about a 32bit machine in the 64bit forum?
