Question changing file association

i don't seem to be finding a way to change file association. e.g., PDF opens with Okular even after installing Adobe Reader.

any idea? couldn't get much out of Google

IDK if the desktop file for Adobe Reader is called like that, though. Change for the proper name.
Depending on the file manager you're using you can right-click>open with and choose the default app there.
