Counterclockwise touch screen display problem

I would kindly ask you to point me in the right direction to calibrate my touch screen monitor to work counterclockwise.
I have installed F17 on the PC and the touchscreen works great out of the box without any problems on landscape mode.
In the moment i turn it counterclockwise becomes uncalibrated.
I have tried to calibrate with with xorg utility but seems that she was not created for portrait mode (i guess) because detects my monitor in landscape.

Any suggestions will be appreciated...
