F17: how to get both wired and wireless network showing?

In F16 I see this in networks:
Code:
Wired
Realtek RTI-8139...  cable unplugged
Realtek RTI-8169...  ON

Wireless             OFF
iw list shows:
Code:
Wiphy phy0
<whole bunch of settings>

In F17 I see this in networks:
Code:
Wired                ON
iw list shows:
Code:
<nothing>
There's no wireless in F17 and no way to add it in network settings.

I'm trying to setup a wireless hotspot so I need both the wired and the wireless.

Looks like RealHotSpot is not implemented yet in F17.

So I may have to manually manufacture a hotspot setup. Time to search...

YUM doesn't find any firmware package for this card.
What's missing is a iwl2030-firmware.noarch package.

Opened bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=831731

Found iwl2030-firmware.noarch in updates-testing repo.

Installed it and now Wireless Network appears under Networks.
