How to start and stop daemons at diff run levels

How to start and stop daemons at diff run levels by default when they are not listed when you run chkconfig? I'm using Fedora 15 and I know some things have changed since Fedora 13 and am trying to learn

I believe 'run levels' are obsolete - and is simply either 'normal' or 'rescue/single'. The daemons are controlled by systemd, using a command like:

systemctl start daemon.service
