yum update problem in fedora 17 x86_64

Hi friends i am trying to update my fedora 17 installation on HP Pavilion tx2530ea laptop but getting error message below, any help would be appriciated..........

Well, as I mentioned in my first post, you seem to have way too many repositories enabled. That is likely *part" of the problem. Would you please post the result of the commands

yum repolist all

Also, lets disable a few repos for starters. Run the following:

sudo sed -i 's/enabled=1/enabled=0/g' etc/yum.repos.d/google*

sudo sed -i 's/enabled=1/enabled=0/g' /etc/yum.repos.d/atrpm*

That will disable the atrpms and google repositories. We can enabled them later if you want to use them.

Try yum update again. You will still get errors but you should see that we're making progress.
