Gnome 3.4 window movement laggy

Hello,

I just installed the new and shiny Fedora 17 on my Asus UL30VT.
Everything works just fine, but a few things annoy me though. For instance, moving windows is very laggy. I am using the intel driver for my integrated intel graphics. In Gnome 3.2 everything worked smoothly.

I found one post in the Arch Linux board regarding this issue, but no satisfying solution was found.
Maybe you know some workaround?

However, the window movement still feels lagging a bit...like honey ...

Frankly, it simply can't be that Gnome is not working properly on my machine. It is not that old and the graphics card is not that old either!

I once experienced a jerky mouse but that was because I enabled the zoom accessibility feature, completely zoomed out ans forgot about it.
I think this isn't the case for you though.
You could try the vblank thing (search for gnome shell vblank on the web).

"CLUTTER_PAINT=disable-clipped-redraws:disable-culling" worked for me. It also fixed my issue with tearing in fullscreen flash videos. (intel ironlake graphics)
