[Xfce] Greybird theme

Hello,

First of all sorry for my bad english knowledge. I hope you can understand what i want.

I've got Fedora 16 Xfce spin (up-to-date) and i'd like to install Greybird theme http://shimmerproject.org/project/greybird/

I tried this soloution

but it not work for me.
Fedora customize the first panel but windows and buttons not. It's look uggly

Can you tell me what i do? I'm a newbie user in the linux's word so please write details like step-by-step

Your panel theme is set by the GTK component of that greybird theme. To change the window decoration, you must use your "Window Manager" in xfce to change it (the greybird package should have installed a xfwm4 theme to match the GTK theme).

This theme for GTK2/3 and xfwm4/emerald/metacity....
