PIXART mouse don't run anymore in F16

Yesterday my USB mouse started to be extremely sluggish. After update last night and reboot it happened again. Its clicking is fine and the touch pad on the laptop is fine.

Symptoms: When plugging in the mouse it would become more sluggish in screen movement and then only move slightly after a while. (Sometimes it does seem that it starts well. ? - not tested that much)
The mouse works well on another system and another type of mouse (MS) works now well on this laptop.

I don't know how and what rule to set or the protocol that the mouse use.
I would like to know where to report this so that the right rule can be incorporated for the next update
What rule and how can I implement it now?

I can't find xorg.conf but here is some more info.
