Thumbs down [licurl + php] problem restarting Apache

Hey people
First of all I'd like to say I'm new to FC3, and to linux in general. I really admire FC3 developers work and love the system look & feel.
However, my problem is about PHP and this infamous libcurl which, as I have noticed, causes often many problems that are deadly to noobs like me.
I installed Apache+PHP via FC3 installer. Worked great, but after some up2dates (probably? I didn't touch anything related to Apache/PHP) server started to crash sending out

Syntax error on line 6 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf:
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so into server: libcurl.so.3: failed to map segment from shared object: Permission denied

The only lame thing I could try was to re-install PHP using Synaptic, but that made no effect.
I would be very grateful if you guys could give me any clue. Thanks in advance.
