Proprietar driver for ATI x2100

Hi,
can someone help me, I have latest Fedora 16 release and I want to update my video drivers (actually i want use my second monitor in well resolution). I tried use akmod drivers but they dont loaded (black screen). I searched about problem and on some site i read that x2100 video card have problem with akmod.
So if someone have solution...

ati and akmod-catalyst only support hd series cards, the only option with your legacy card is the open source radeon driver.
