do the ntfs rpms work for the 64bit version

I was just wondering if the linux-ntfs driver rpm's work for the 64 bit version or where I can find driver rpm's. A friend of mine might be trying Fedora Core 3 64 bit very soon, and I want to be able to give him a heads up if there are any problems with ntfs.

I hear of a lot of users having problems when they try to mount ntfs partitions using fc3 64 bit.

damn it, don't tell me I might have to switch from this wonderful distro if I want to read my rather large ntfs partitions...

Do you know if its advisable to use the 32 bit version with a 64bit processor?

NTFS filesystem libraries and utilities.
The Linux-NTFS project aims to bring full support for the NTFS filesystem to the Linux operating system. Linux-NTFS currently consists of a static library and utilities such as mkntfs, ntfscat, ntfsls, ntfsresize, and ntfsundelete (for a full list of included utilities see man 8 ntfsprogs).

Latest release: 1.9.4-1
