systemd[1] failed to fully start up daemon, no such file or directory

When installing F16 using anaconda 16.25 I get the error message "systemd[1] failed to fully start up daemon, no such file or directory".

The error occurred just after choosing the "install fedora" option and just before it asked if it should check the install media for defects.

I proceeded with the install despite the error, and it seemed to work fine. I can get on the Web (e.g. to write this) using my new F16 install.

I think this indicates a problem with the install disk because I booted off the install DVD and there was nothing else on my computer except a brand spanking new SSD (solid state disk drive) just out of the package.

Should I be concerned that this error will cause problems that will creep up down the road?
