Intranet pages not loading after YUM update in Fedora13

I use INTRANET Proxy authentication to access internet from my campus.
After doing YUM update in my fedora 13 the Intranet links are showing timeouts and not loading at all.

Before upgradation everything was fine i.e the fresh installation was working fine. But as soon as I upgrade YUM the intranet pages are not loading at all.
Only Timeout for the INTRANET pages, whereas the INTERNET pages were loading properly during the Authenticated Session.

Any help with the problem and reference to a proper explanation is appreciated.
