Accessing apache server remotely from another machine (newbie).

Hi, I just installed everything (Apache, PHP, MySQL), I got my apache server to work, and I can go to http://localhost and see the PHP screen with all the variables.

So its working.

Now, to connect to this remotely from another computer, don't I just have to open a browser and type the IP address of my Apache server machine?

Is there more to it?

Any help is greatly appreciated,
