Fedora Core 16 and IBM Lotus Notes 8.5.3 crash.

Hello.

This is my first post in the forums so thanks in advance for any help.

I'm using Fedora Core 16 32 bit and installed IBM Lotus Notes 8.5.3 from RPMs downloaded from the IBM site:

[nconde@lnx10147 tmp]$ sudo rpm -ivh ibm_lotus_notes-8.5.3.i586.rpm ibm_lotus_sametime-8.5.3.i586.rpm
[sudo] password for nconde:
advertencia:ibm_lotus_notes-8.5.3.i586.rpm: EncabezadoV3 DSA/SHA1 Signature, ID de clave 34f9ae75: NOKEY
Preparando... ########################################### [100%]
1:ibm_lotus_notes ########################################### [ 50%]
2:ibm_lotus_sametime ########################################### [100%]

I have OpenJDK and Oracle Java, as shown in

[nconde@lnx10147 tmp]$ sudo alternatives --config java

Hay 2 programas que proporcionan 'java'.

Selección Comando
-----------------------------------------------
1 /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.6.0-openjdk/bin/java
*+ 2 /usr/java/jre1.6.0_30/bin/java

When I try to run Notes with ``/opt/ibm/lotus/notes/notes'' here's what happens:

[nconde@lnx10147 tmp]$ /opt/ibm/lotus/notes/notes
JVMJ9VM039I Se ignora -Xscmx si no se especifica -Xshareclasses
JVMJ9VM067W -Xshareclasses no habilitada, la opción -Xzero:sharezip se ignora

[nconde@lnx10147 tmp]$ dmesg | grep -i notes
[nconde@lnx10147 tmp]$

In English it says

``JVMJ9VM039I -Xscmx is ignored if -Xshareclasses is not specified
JVMJ9VM067W -Xshareclasses not enabled, -Xzero:sharezip option ignored''

It crashes after showing the splash screen, I can't even get to configuring it. I've searched this forums but can't find a solution. Searched with google also but no results so far.

I'm in need of help, since this is the distro we are going to use at work and Notes is the official mail client we have.

Thanks in advance.
