Fedora ssh port 22 refused

to the administrators, please help me about the port 22 refused/timeout for wan connection, but for lan it is working... i already closed my firewall, but still having port 22 refused/timeout problem.. is it possible that the problem is come from the internet service provider?

please help me.. thanks and god bless

Do you mean that port 22 is closed ? That would be a problem, won't it. Are you able to ping the computer in question? I believe you have already checked that sshd is running.

What sort of router is between the Internet and your system ?
Have you configures it to forward port 22 to the system ?

Maybe a simpler question - what is the IP address (omit the last two octets for private)
like
192.168.X.X
or
10.0.X.X
