Unhappy Disabling all automounts

Hello,

Is there a list about how to disable ALL pesky automounts ?

For me it interferes severely with VM and it is driving me up the wall ...

After a lot of digging around I still have something popping up in the Xfce windows manager ...

Many thanks for any help ...

Cheers.

Re: Disabling all automounts

reach for the right top hand corner and from there systemsettings>removablemedia> check the box at the bottom of the page for never prompt at media insertion.

edit:
sorry.I assumed you were using gnome-shell.If you want to remove automount you can edit udev .
For a guide try this .
I know lot of things are different in Arch but the info shall give you a base to work on.
