LibreOffice 3.3--The application cannot be strarted

I've had this problem since I upgraded to F15.
Code:
LibreOffice 3.3--Fatal Error.
The application cannot be started.
A general error occurred while accessing your central configuration.
I've tried removing my ~/.libreoffice and ~/.openoffice.org directories, and then uninstalling and installing libreoffice via yum, but I can't seem solve this problem.

sudo libreoffice runs fine, so it would seem to be a permissions issue. Searching on the web suggests this is an open bug, or people have uninstalled old openoffice modules to get it working. However, I would think my uninstallation and reinstallation would have fixed that.

Any thoughts?

If you upgraded to Fedora 15, do you still have some OpenOffice.org packages installed that may be conflicting with your LibreOffice installation? Try
Code:
rpm -qa openoffice*
If any packages remain, erase those too and try reinstalling LibreOffice.

Nice idea. There was some relect openoffice stuff in there, but removing that, and then removing Libreoffice and reinstalling still didn't work unfortunately.

Re: LibreOffice 3.3--The application cannot be strarted

Has anybody found a solution to this?

I'v tried removing all possible offending directories (~/.libreoffice, etc) and uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work. I still get the following as a regular user:

"The application cannot be started. A general error occurred while accessing your central configuration."

But it works when I start it as root.

I'm running kernel 3.3.2-6.fc16.x86_64, and libreoffice 3.4.5.2-12 (the latest with yum from updates repo).
