Fedora 14 - Software update problem

whenever i try to update and install in fedora 14 it gives this error -

how to fix this problem....??????????

try removing the other repositories package and then disable that repository.finally install the one from the official one...this is what i did when i encountered such problem ...if you are able to find another solution do share it...
