I couldn't find this info by skimming over the linked resources: Is this also the update with the Red Hat fixes regarding power management?

And how do I find out when Fedora will provide new packages in the repos?

The good news is, kernel 3.2 will be in F17 (it is in Rawhide already). The bad news is, advanced power management will only be available in kernel 3.3 (according to Phoronix).
