I have Fedora 16 running off of a 16gb Patriot USB drive, which I created using liveusb creator. I told it to use as much as possible of the drive for persistent storage (it was brand new when I did so). Yesterday a notification appeared saying I had used up 2.0gb out of 2.2gb on my computer. I unmounted every drive except my USB drive to see if I could figure out the issue. I checked the file manager, disk utility, and disk usage utility, and each of them said different things about how much storage I had, how it was divided up, and how much I had used (a screenshot is included). I'm completely baffled and now my supposed 2.2gb is filled up entirely and I am unable to download or install anything. Any ideas what could cause such a problem?
Note: The only other physical drives attached to the system are the DVD drive, two SSDs wired in RAID, and a 16gn sd card, none of which are mounted currently. I have no idea what the 4.3gb disks are, or anything else that I didn't list
