yum check erros

Hello

How can i fix the following ?

update my system requires --nodeps and --skip-broken

Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit, remove-with-leaves
libX11-devel-1.4.3-1.fc16.i686 has missing requires of pkgconfig(xcb)
libX11-devel-1.4.3-1.fc16.i686 has missing requires of pkgconfig(xcb) >= ('0', '1.1.92', None)
qscintilla-devel-2.5.1-2.fc16.i686 has missing requires of qt4-devel

what is it ?
