mysql password problem

hi i tested lot of ways to login to my php admin but i can't
i entered this commad and said

[alireza@localhost ~]$ mysqladmin -u root password 2525325
mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)'

how i can access to myphpamin ?

no dear i just start it
