Re: urgetn help needed
That's because when you installed Fedora, you installed Grub as your boot manager, replacing Windows boot manager. So, when you deleted Fedora's partition, Grub was left with nowhere to go.
Get your Windows rescue disc out or use the rescue partition information and reinstall Windows boot manager. Since you haven't mentioned which version of Windows is involved, there's not much more we can tell you. Or, you could simply use Google to find the instructions.

Some ideas here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic347632.html
http://superuser.com/questions/15633...y-install-disc
http://www.sevenforums.com/general-d...ithout-cd.html
Or, you could download and install any version of linux (Fedora, Mint, Ubuntu, whatever) and install it, which will again get Grub working and allow you to get into Windows. Then fix it with an install/repair disc at your leisure or leave linux on the machine for testing once in awhile (or as a safe alternative for surfing/mail).
