At first my Intel 5100 abgn wireless card was working with Fedora when I installed it. After updating the system though it is no longer working.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention I'm using Fedora 16.

I fixed it. I noticed Fedora did not come with the Intel driver for the 5100 and downloaded it from the website and placed it in /lib/firmware. Voila! It works.

I was wrong. It's working but it's working really slow.

I can at least get webpages up now thanks to the suggestions here:
