How to enable Thinkpad trackpoint + "middle mouse key" scroll in F16

How I can enable the trackpoint + "middle mouse key" scroll on a Thinkpad notebook?

Use xinput as per: http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/How_to...n_using_xinput

You need to install xorg-X11-apps for xinput.

The scroll stops next time the computer starts. How can I make it permanently work?

Here is how I do it in Fedora 15. Haven't installed F16 yet because I only have a cellular connection atm.
