Text Editing Shortcuts

I can not seem to find how to set the text editing shortcuts to emacs mode in core 3. There is a bug
(#137410) on the Redhat site the seems to indicate that the UI for this has been removed but it is still
available under gconfd-editor but I can not find it.

I had to post a bug on bugzilla.redhat.com (#140846) to get an answer to this. The way to do it is to use
gconf-editor and set /desktop/gnome/interface/gtk_key_theme to "Emacs"
