ACPI status of FC3

What's the ACPI status of FC3 ? Same as FC2 ?

And while we are on the subject, a simple question - I'm trying to make suspend to disk/ram on my desktop (that's right, not laptop) but when I do
echo disk > /sys/power/state
nothing happens
and
echo mem > /sys/power/state
does suspend but goes back to active mode immediately
