yep.. I have almost that exact motherboard. Only difference is mine is made by MSI instead of Biostar. Same specifications, everything.. nearly identical.
Fedora 16 installed and runs great on it without having to do anything weird or out of the ordinary. All of the hardware is recognized and proper drivers are selected. All are included in the F16 install so no need to look elsewhere for drivers.
And yes, it runs F16 great. I have 4GB of RAM in this one now, but when I first installed F16 it only had 1GB. Ran good even though it was a little slow due to not enough RAM, so I grabbed me 4GB of some good Crucial RAM and it does great now.
I did find that the 64 bit version of F16 runs much better than the 32 bit version on this motherboard, too. So unless you just have to have the 32 bit version for some reason, I recommend the 64 bit version.
