Few questions on Nautilus

If anyone knows this, please be generous to share the knowledge:
1. Is there a way to use thumbnails when browsin SSH/FTP/SAMBA folders in Nautilus?
2. Can Nautilus remember remote server connections, so that I don't have to enter them manually upon each login to Gnome?

(I'm using Gnome 3.2 with F16).

Thank you everyone in advance!

Re: Few questions on Nautilus

1 is solved by myself, but 2 is still there. I can automate ssh connection as a command line session, but what about the entry in Nautilus?

Re: Few questions on Nautilus

You might want to store the once established connection or any folder of that connection as bookmark via the menu bar.

Re: Few questions on Nautilus

me and my friends' laptops (all using F15) are connected via SSH through wifi and at any moment / of any machine is accessible from others via nautilus. nautilus remembers remote server connections and logging in each time is not necessary.
we just did file > connect to server, then selected SSH from drop down menu, input username and pass (entries at /etc/hosts were already added) and check remember this password and after that added a bookmark for each laptop. voila!
not sure about other protocols though
