2 problems with apper

I have 2 problems with apper, should I report these on fedora's bugzilla or kde's?

One is after adding a repo by clicking on it in firefox then trying to install a package from that repo via apper it fails after downloading the package and asking you about the software signature, it hangs on 'waiting for service to start'. Installing and accepting the GPG key via yum works, and further packages from the same repo can then be installed via apper.

Second is after installing updates via apper there is an invisible icon in the system tray, clicking on it shows a little box with 'apper' in it.
