[SOLVED] postgresql-setup upgrade problem in fc16

Finlay after Yum upgrade FC15 -> FC16 , I can't upgrade database

#postgresql-setup upgrade
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl stop postgresql.service

Is postgres running when you run the upgrade command? You need to start the old postgres first

Nothing is started, postgresql-setup upgrade copy old data dir to data-old, then run old and new pgsql together. But can't connect to chem later. This problem affected in FC16 only, previous upgrades was not have any error.
