How to learn the Unix/Linux system administration well?

How are you. I am a computer engineer. I want to be a good Unix/Linux system administrator like these forum administrators. And then I want to be a very good programmer based on Linux/Unix. How can I realize it. How did I start? Did anyone give me the book list or resources or guide? Thank you very much.
