What comes after Beefy Miracle? Naming fc18 and other design questions

So it was a stretch, but I think I came up with something workable that fits the "x is _, and so is x+1" naming convention for Fedora's next release after 17. I know this is a stupid question, but how will I submit it when the time comes? How do I get started submitting other design ideas? Thanks for your time.

Probably around the mid-March 2012 timeframe, the Fedora Board will announce as did during mid-September 2011 -
