how do i set the proxy in fedora and also editing the update location from the add or remove software in fedora 15.

to setup proxy goto system settings and choose network and you will see a network proxy. To update the repositories if you want to add them, places like rpmfusion.org have rpm to add them. If you need to remove goto software update not the icon with the boxes but the orange star with the arrow or you can edit /etc/yum/repos.d
