ath9k wireless restarting

Hello everyone.

Have problem with my wireless card:

05:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01)

in fedora 15 (fully updated)...

After every few minutes (sometimes even hour) my wifi connection is dissconecting and connecting again (keep asking about password)... but this problem is not only on that distro so proboly it's kernel problem (hope I'm wrong :P)...

question 1) is there any repo that I can find and install kernel 3.0 to fedora 15 ?
question 2) is there any way to fix that problem ?
