Incremental automatic backup

Hello,

I am trying to find a backup program to incrementally backup some files to an external disk every week for example. I would prefer not to have to write a script as I am not really used to it.
Any idea?

backuppc, rsync, areca backup... Google is your friend you know.

Thanks, luckybackup seems great! My friend Google and I couldn't agree on a good one with gui.
