Fedora on Lenovo X220 Tablet

Has someone got hands on this machine and tried Fedora?

Or speculations on how well Fedora will run on this touch-screen tablet?

Re: Fedora on Lenovo X220 Tablet

My All-in-One desktop and my X60T laptop are both single touch devices. It feels very intuitive to just point to what you see, and still have your keyboard ready.
But i do not know how well the drivers of fedora will support your hardware, especially the multi-touch features.

Still i am envy for your great tablet-pc!

Re: Fedora on Lenovo X220 Tablet

No need to envy I am only planning to get this, but concerned about how well Fedora will run. I would not need all multi-touch options, but everything should work in laptop mode, and in tablet mode, at least should recognize pen input

I need to write lot of mathematical equations, so this tablet will be big relief, and I absolutely do not want to work in MS Windows.
