Live USB custom copy from an install?

So I got FC15 working on my flash drive by making a custom iso with the updated dracut package, while I was at it.. I was adding programs I wanted n such... but those did not copy over to my custom live image... I guess it only took system updates? Or none of what I did, and took a list of files to Download from the kickstart file? If that's the case how do I make a custom live cd image with all these programs and updates? Without downloading anything... everything it needs is already here... can anyone explain?

Well, I already figured out to make a respin n such.. I got everything working and setup the way I'd like... I guess my question now is.. how do I compile a kickstart file from the Currently installed packages on the OS running at that time?
