Synergy Linux 2 Beta 2 is the second official public Beta release for
Synergy Linux. Synergy Linux is a Fedora based distribution that uses
the latest K Desktop Environment (KDE 4) packages for window
management. Synergy Linux differs from Fedora proper in many ways.
1. Look and Feel: We offer the standard desktop configuration. Icons
on the desktop, no folderview widget. It should be noted we also like
green instead of blue.
2. Latest KDE: we offer the latest KDE 4 packages for major releases
and bugfixes.
3. Install: We differ with installing, still using anaconda as an
install method but reducing the required memory to 512M and also
offering a “Live install” method, to install a compressed image on a
local drive (sda1) or a removable drive.
