How to recover Fedora 15 Grub

Hello,
I had Fedora 15 and Windows 7 in dual boot. For some reason I have to install Windows XP and then Windows 7 again in dual boot. I didn't make any changes in the Drive where Fedora and its swap is installed. Now how can I restore the Grub menu using the live USB for Fedora 15 (that I have), which will give me option to either boot to Fedora or Windows and the "Windows" option will then lead me with the option between Win7 and WinXP.

No need to answer? What will you do if this happens again, re-install Fedora again?

You have 2 Options here

1 / Mount your drives and do it over chroot

2 / GRUB Super Disk http://www.supergrubdisk.org/ (easier)
