Changing keyboard shortcut actions in gnome 2.16

If I go to System->Preference->Keyboard Shortcuts, I can change which key performs preset actions. However, is there a way to change what these actions actually are? I.e. the default for CTRL+ALT+L is 'xscreensaver-command -lock', and I would like to change it to 'xlock'.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

David
