Dual boot win7 and F15

Did some googling, but most are to technical, must be an easy way to dual boot.

Fyi I have a compaq cq56-115dx laptop it probably had 4 partitions, however I did remove partition containing recovery system.

Any help would be nice.

Henry

Ps I do have Easy BSD installed if that helps.

Re: Dual boot win7 and F15

Regarding partitions... If you had four and now have three, then there should be no problems. Fedora can be installed entirely in logical partitions inside an extended partition. Anaconda (the Fedora installer) knows to do that. Or, if you want to create a custom partition layout, then you can manually create an extended partition and logical partitions for Fedora.

So proceed on with installing Fedora. Choose the boot loader option that installs Fedora's GRUB boot loader in the first sector of the Fedora boot partition (watch for and click the "Change device" button in Anaconda). Finish. Reboot. Use EasyBCD to configure Windows to boot Fedora. That what I would try first.
