Can Any one Provide me netbeans empty project for GTK+ 3.0

Hi, Everybody.

Can anyone provide me a empty project of netbeans with following configurations.

1. Configured to include GTK+ 3.0 include files.
2. I need a separate projects for both executable and shared library.
3. Configured to include GTK+ 3.0 libraries.
4. Processor is X86_64 (64 bit output).
5. Operating system is linux.

Please provide me empty project for the above configs.
