mouse and keyboard stopped responding after install

I recently installed fedora, and i am having this recurring glitch that when i have two or more windows open, my keyboard and/or mouse will stop responding.

I have not installed my third party drivers, and i cannot see why i should be having this issue.

How much space did you devote to your Fedora installation ?

I allocated 20 gigs on a secondary partition before installing.
