Question Gnome3 Fedora 15

Hi, do a installation of Fedora 15 with vga default, but now i want to use Fedora 15 with features of Genome3 like some aparence, how i can enable this in my Fedora. Here i have a menu application and Local, i want to enable o view only Application and when i click it, i can chose Windows or Application. Someone can help me to enable this feature ?

Install Video Drivers.Incase of Nvidia download directly from site and follow instructions.
