adobe flash player + google chrome

I am using gnome fedora 15. I installed the latest version of adobe flash player. google chrome told me to enable the flash plugin from "about : plugins" (no spaces), but the flash plugin is not listed. The same thing happened with firefox.

How do i get the adobe flash player to work?

Or as linux users, is that something that is just not compatible with our systems?

Re: adobe flash player + google chrome

Are you using 64bit Linux, because Chrome comes with flash included for 32bit ?

If so, follow the method here: http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=205642.

No you do not have to reinstall Fedora 15. FedoraPlus will just configure a few repositories and download plugins/software etc depending on what you select.

You simply copy paste the two lines displayed under the snapshot of FedoraPlus to install it. Then, click the Windows Key (Meta_L) type fedoraplus and press enter, FedoraPlus will open, select the desired option and click okay.
