gnome3 applets

Hello everyone,
I am new to Fedora15 and same to gnome3.
I am trying to understand how to add gnome3 applets, I see that they are intalled through yum but that's where my journey ends. I spent 5 hours and couldn't find what should I do next? There is no applet binary or anything,
